The Bratt Pack and I wish you a very happy new year!

We have some great things to look forward to in 2022, including a wedding, then a visit from my youngest daughter who lives in Maui. Who would’ve ever thought that when she went there four years ago for a job, that she’d end up staying on an island where she doesn’t have any family and is too far away from her mama! I want to say the only thing I got out of it was a t-shirt, but I do have to admit that visiting her has given me a lot of fodder for the best-selling By The Sea trilogy that has sold over 100,000 books and counting. I’m just waiting on her to tell me she deserves all the proceeds from it, but if you are in Kindle Unlimited, you can grab it for free.

Coming up but not looking forward to will be the first surgery for our little Hazel Bea to start getting her into a better quality of life. We’ve put it off for far too long and it just needs to be done. Yes, this is an old photo of my little Crazy Girl but it’s one of my favorites!

I’m also working on a brand-spanking new series that I think all my readers will love! I’ve not set a release date for book one yet, but be sure to stay tuned for more on that. What will come first, though, is my book in an author series collaboration with several other big authors. We know you are going to enjoy getting to know the locals and visitors of Linden Falls in our upcoming series called The Wishing Tree.

PS.. Shhh.. don’t tell but I’m just finished writing my 2nd book in the Wishing Tree series because I enjoyed it so much I wanted to give you more. Same with a few other authors so also guess what..? There will be more books in that series than what you see above!

As for New Year’s resolutions, I usually set them and never make them happen. Especially when it comes to doing better for my physical health. The bottom line is I spend way too much time in the chair working on writing and rescue work, and I should get up and out and be more mobile. Let’s just say I’ll ‘attempt’ to do better.
